Ok, I'll add some hot air:

Dillinger, Jaffer, and Clinger have all displayed
very good taste over the years.

My impression of their personalities from mailing lists
is such that I think they are not used to working with
people like one another, but that they would work together
very well - a minimum of BS and hidden agendas and
good attitudes all around.

Jaffer is custodian of a very important (imo) implentation
technique. You know, I think he wins the prize for the
longest-lived implementation in widespread practical use
and that's doubly true if you count Guile, which cribs
his and Rady's good architecture (by means of forking
their code).

Clinger is a fine representative of the academic
perspective and a fine representative of the
perspective of compiler writers. He's seriously
detail-oriented and he's "sophisticated" in the
sense of being the kind of person really needed for
a formal process like this. He's a total pro.

Dillinger is just consistently (mostly, imo) "right"
about a lot of fine points in language design and
tends to not take guff. He's intellectually in
both the academic and pragmatic worlds and he has
a talent for cutting through nonsense, even though
people don't always listen to him when they ought to.

If elected, they will need some serious community
support to be effective but, given such support,
I think they would have a good chance of "kicking
ass and taking names", so to speak.

Vote Clinger, Dillenger, Jaffer.
