So, if I call it "normalization" instead of "case-insensitivity,"
will you then be for it? :-)

These days it seems to be the thing to do to assume everyone's on the net,
so you could even put

        (normalize-according-to "http://normalize.scheme.org/Turkish";)

at the front of your file!
