I personally think the rearrangement capability is a good enough one to
warrant enabling this process of expansion. I don't know all the details,
but there may be something related to the use of DEFINE-RECORD-TYPE and
the way it expands. I don't know either, but I wouldn't want to needlessly
restrict what I can write in the code without a very good reason.
