You’re absolutely right. The “shortly” below has just finished, and the 
pre-release builds are now available from the given web address. You might 
plausibly ask why “shortly” was the right term for a period that spanned 13 
days, and I’d be happy to give you a detailed answer, but the short version is 
that … well, things. The *slightly* less short version is: Racket CS + echoes 
of Winooski.
