Me neither. I took a look at their “report abuse” button, and it looks like it’s for DMCA violations and similar. More generally, it suggests a certain attitude on the part of GitHub which I generally respect but which might make it very hard to do much about this. It probably wouldn’t hurt to ask them, though.
