SrPersist has not been maintained. The sources are still available in
the git repository, but they haven't been updated to new versions of the
Racket C API, so they don't compile.
There are many database connectivity packages on PLaneT:

As far as I know, however, all of them are either specific to a single
database or implement their own abstractions rather than ODBC.
