I've been doing something like this with (planet sbloch/picturing-programs).  
The main file doesn't actually define anything, but writes a short file into 
the "installed-teachpacks" directory that requires (planet 
sbloch/picturing-programs/picturing-programs), which should now be in the 
PLaneT cache.
