680 looks right for a 64-bit build with version 80, so it's surprising
to me that the library expects size 656.

Do you have "jpeglib.h", "jconfig.h", and "jmorecfg.h" files installed,
perhaps in "/usr/include" or "/usr/local/include"? If so, can you send
me those files (off-list)?
