If all you're doing is USING the library, that's probably true. But most or all of the libraries on PLaneT are provided as source code, so you can read HOW the library works. If it doesn't provide the ability to do the specific thing you want to do, you can add that feature, which is a good way to learn more, and then the whole package becomes better and more useful to other people.
