No, you are not dumb. It's only that Racket web documentation sucks. But never 
mind: there is also a Ruby on Rails, or maybe Django - bot excellent web 
frameworks. They at least have good documentation and less eccentric and more 
helpful community -- a community that does not only care for mass production of 
always the same academic papers!
