I really like it. It's very approachable. Clear examples. I particularly like the way you relate contracts to typing and testing, discussing the pros/cons of each and especially how they can be used in combination. (I imagine that will also allow more people in your audience to find a comfortable foothold, if they already grok typing and/or testing.)
Although I have some experience I'm certainly not an expert in any of the three topics (contracts, testing, typing). On the one hand that means I don't have any helpful specific critiques for you. OTOH maybe that means you're on the right track because I'm close to your target audience and I like it. ;) On Tue, Sep 3, 2013 at 2:37 AM, Daniel Prager <[email protected]> wrote: > I'm giving this talk > > > http://www.slideshare.net/DanielPrager/introduction-to-contracts-and-functional-contracts > > to the local functional programming user group in a few days. > > Any feedback or corrections appreciated. > > > Many thanks > > Dan > > ____________________ > Racket Users list: > http://lists.racket-lang.org/users > ____________________ Racket Users list: http://lists.racket-lang.org/users
