Some notes: the first few minutes of Jay's talk got cut off due to some technical problems. You can watch the missing portion in the Google Hangout version (it's linked in the video description). Also, in some talks the audio is silent at the start because the mic was off. In all cases, the audio should come on in a few seconds.
