I successfully made a clone of old 70's BASIC game on Racket. It's time to compile it and ready to rock 'n roll.... Racket's IDE successfully made an excutable, but... Here is a problem. I'm Japanese and I wish to have an executable to print Japanese on the screen of DOS; however, the characters shown are .... yes, I saw some kind of encoding problem. Does anybody know how to tell Racket's compiler "I wanna see this in UTF-8"?
