I installed Racket 5.3.6 from a .deb package via the Ubuntu Software Centre. DrRacket just told me that a 6.1.1 update is available, but as a .sh file, not a .deb package. If I run the .sh file, will it install over 5.3.6 or store the files in its own idiosyncratic set of directories? Any help appreciated as I would like to run Scheme R6RS.
