They are, as long as any invoked `dynamic-wind` thunks are safe in
atomic mode. (After all, `unsafe-abort-current-continuation/no-wind`
and `unsafe-call-with-composable-continuation/no-wind` were created to
support `unsafe/try-atomic`.)
