But since the current list is hosted at googlegroups, and since it's not obvious that Discourse Corp is more predatory than Google Corp (indeed, the former is dispensing freemium-ware rather than ad-ware, so are more attractive in terms of business model), it feels irrational for me to be too put off by it.
