Thanks for reporting this.
The patched version of SqlDb.pm contains some new code was not working properly
on NT and Win95/98

We have fixed the problem and uploaded a new version to:
http://www.open.com.au/radiator/downloads/patches-2.13.1/SqlDb.pm

We appologise for this problem.
