Ladies & Gentilmen:
After some time and a lot of help fom Mike
McCauley and Peter Bungenstock, that participate to this list, my Radiator is
working just fine.
This e-mail is for those who are
experiencing the same problem, and this is what I did to solve
it.
Bellow is my CONFIG_FILE and some
other information:

In the Registry
I have the following command line in the Parameters

After I installed perl and radiator I copied the
c:\radiator\"radius" folder to
c:\perl\lib
& c:\perl\site\lib

After installing
radiator as a system service I entered the service window
in NT's Control Panel and changed at the startup
option:
Startup Type ->> Automatic
Log On As ->> This Account: username within
administrator group ##################################
I hope these settings help those that encountered or are going
to encounter similar problems.
