You are probably seeing this because of timeouts. You can adjust your end in
the <AuthBy RADIUS> clause with Retries and RetryTimeout. The default for
RetryTimeout is 5 seconds, so you may want to try 10 or even 20 seconds.
See Section 6.25 in the Radiator 2.14.1 reference manual for details. And you
may also have to adjust the remote Radius server as well.
