Thanks David.  I do have the password log turned on and I will
see users misspelling their passwords.  However, these are 
the "windows" stored passwords and they are correct but not
authenticated.

If you have a password log file enabled you can see what the user has
entered, compared to what their real password is; then you'll know if they
just put it in all capital letters one time. :-)
