OK, you talked me into it. In
http://www.open.com.au/radiator/downloads/patches-2.14.1/radiusd you will fond
a new version of radius that that does not bind an auth port if you
define AuthPort as empty in the config file or specify -auth_port "" on the
command line. Similar for accounting ports.
