Its hard to say without your configuration file, but the debug output shows
that a lookup is first done in an AuthBy FILE, followed by a lookup in an
AuthBy UNIX and the user is not found in either case.
I would need to see your configuration file (no secrets) to tell what's going
on. You might also explain what you are trying to accomplish with your setup.
