There are several things required:

1. access to your snmpget program (SnmpgetProg parameter)

2. add to <Client> as you mention

3. configure NAS to accept snmp queries (access lists, snmp community)

4. optionally configure an external SessionDatabase

5. if 4 above, optionally configure radwho.cgi and/or radacct.cgi
