I think you may need the updated Ipass libs that are on the open.com ftp
site.  The ones that were on the Ipass website (last time I checked) are
not the most current and won't work with IpassPerl-1.5.   Just download
the new libs and headers and replace the ones in /usr/ipass, make clean
and then recompile.
