Netserver, and version 3.7.24. And, (should have done this earlier), now
that I look at the release notes for 3.8 it mentions:
d-2837 Fixed bug that would cause improper RADIUS authenticator to be
generated for accounting packets. If server was checking authenticators
and did not reply to the packet then the NETServer would retry with a
packet with the correct authenticator.
So, now I have to annoy tech support untl they give me 3.8 :>
