I take it that the above has been transcribed from another system? As there is
no module in Radiator called "Radius/DDict.pm".
I suspect you haven't done the "install" step when reinstalling Radiator and
you are trying to run it from a directory other than "c:\radiator".
Try installing the Radiator code into the Perl file hierarchy - that should
solve the problem.
