(RADIATOR) Accounting trigger a flag?

Title: Accounting trigger a flag?

Is there a way for Radiator accounting to write to a database field ONCE when the user is authenticated for the first time?  We need to do this so we know when the customer is actually up for the first time for billing purposes.
