What version of Radiator is this (should be 2.15 or later for this support)? And
is the clause with the Identifier in it *before* the Realm or Handler that uses
it?
Ie:
<AuthBy TEST>
Identifier Testing123
</AuthBy>
<Realm>
AuthBy Testing123
</Realm>
