When you run "make test" in the Radiator distribution directory, two copies of
Radiator using two configuration files are used: "radius.cfg" and "radius2.cfg".
If you have a look at the file "test.pl" in the same directory, you will also
see that the port numbers for the first instance of Radiator are changed with
some arguments. You can alter these to whatever suits your installation.
