The FramedGroupBaseAddress only supports up to 255 addresses per declaration.

The FramedGroup feature has been largely superceded by a much more complete IP
address allocation function in Radiator 2.16. I would suggest you upgrade and
use the AuthBy DYNADDRESS and AddressAllocator SQL clauses. You will find
documentation in sections 6.37 and 6.38 in the Radiator 2.16 reference manual.
There is also an example configuration file in "goodies/addressallocator.cfg"
in the same release.
