Sure. Just use the DictionaryFile parameter (assuming 'this.cfg' is different
in the two cases). If you need different dictionaries with the same 'this.cfg',
you can pass in a GlobalVar on the command line and use that with the
DictionaryFile parameter:

DictionaryFile %{GlobalVar:dictionary}

See sections 6.4.10 and 7.0 in the Radiator 2.16.3 reference manual.
