Has anyone implemented access control based on calling-station-id,
probably using prehandlerhook or preauthhook? I'd really like to be able
to maintain a table (in a MySQL database) of blacklisted phone numbers and
deny access to anyone based on their calling-station-id being in the
blacklist.
