That you have to do it by post-processing the accounting records, 
Radiator just fills the table with whatever info you choose from what 
comes from your NAS Radius accounting packets... (usually, time spent 
connected, bytes and/or packets transmitted and received, etc.).

Whatever you do with those records afterwards, it's up to you.

Not through Radius... take into account that the Radius "client" is the 
NAS and not the "final user" connecting to it.

IF the NAS can, by some means, force that the first http request going 
through a recently established PPP connection...
AND IF it accepts some kind of proprietary Radius attribute with the URL 
to be forced...
AND IF it is somehow documented...
THEN Radiator will be able to do that (and it will be probably easy to do 
it).



But the IF's are really big (especially the first one)...

Consult your NAS vendor about it.
