The only thing that you can write in the configuration file is %{cisco-avpair} as this is the name of the attribute. Unfortunately in the packet you show below, there are several %{cisco-avpair} attributes present and there is no way to distinguish between them. The only thing I can think of is to write a hook to find the cisco-avpair attributes that you are interested in recording and deleting the others.
