(RADIATOR) upgrading radiator

Hello All I have radiator works with mysql on my linux box and I download the new rpm version and I want to upgrade to the new version. How should I do this? Should I do rpm -U ?and save the original radius.cfg file? Is there anything else I should do or should take care of?
