Hello Jason -
You already have a process using the UDP sockets that Radiator is trying to use, either because you already have a copy of Radiator running, or because the Win2K radius server is running. In either case, you will have to stop the running process (and disable the Win2K radius server if it is running).

what am i doing wrong i have a base install of 2k server running iis. with active perl installed first i had ias installed, and was getting a different error, then i uninstalled it and am now getting this error
