You will find an example SQL configuration file in "goodies/sql.cfg", and you will also find a number of SQL table creation scripts in "goodies/***Create.sql".
And have a look at section 6.28 in the Radiator 3.6 reference manual ("doc/ref.html").

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
