I did wonder if I was editing the correct file, I think I was. I installed Radiator with Perl 5.8.0 (from Sun Freeware) which installs in /usr/local. The Radius distribution seems to install in /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Radius/ and the binary in /usr/local/bin.
