I'm not quite sure I understood the question. If you are thinking of the
shared secret, that is something you as the person configuring Radiator
and AP must decide. See the reference manual ref.pdf section "5.7.1
Secret" for more.

Try running the command like this:

ppm install http://www.open.com.au/radiator/free-downloads/Net-SSLeay.ppd

The idea is to fetch the files from the Internet with ppm.
