enough people mess up filtering as it is....leading to all sorts of issues.. so we just give the list - rather than cause more confusion with what direction the attributes should be left in. so long as the 'wrong' things are filtered out (VLAN attributes in particular) then thats good. filtering too many things is bad.... people filter too much, then demand explanations about why certain things should be present...which ties up time/effort - whats wrong with research/reading or just following the docs these days? the list that was quoted is also out of date...theres a new version of the doc coming out which includes eg Operator-Name alan _______________________________________________ radiator mailing list radiator@open.com.au http://www.open.com.au/mailman/listinfo/radiator
