Hello list members,

the patch set for Radiator 4.13 adds support for non-blocking sockets on
Windows. This removes the major difference in how TCP sockets were
handled by Radiator on Windows compared to the other operating systems.
This change affects TCP stream modules, such as RadSec server and
client, Diameter server and client, ServerHTTP and Monitor.

As an example, when RadSec to RADIUS conversion is needed, there is no
more need to use a non-Windows server for conversion to avoid possible
problems with blocking. You can now run Radiator on Windows, maybe even
on the same server as NPS, when conversion is needed.

We would be interested to hear comments from Windows users, especially
those who run RadSec.

Thanks,
Heikki
