I just get a PEAP Failure. I snooped the packets and it's always the fourth 
challenge that fails. When it's working that challenge returns the certificate 
information. I'll post more info in private. The really odd thing is that 
laptops in AD (where there's no need to type in your credentials when 
connecting) don't see this behavior.

what do you see on the server when you are running trace level 5 for this 
client?
