At first glance the USB 3.0 vs USB 2.0 argument sounds good, but doesn't hold water. I've only slightly followed along, but USB 3.0 has been somewhat of a rocky road for a number of devices. But putting that aside, the (original) context was ham radio, bladeRF starts at 300 Mhz, so no VHF and is 20 MSPS vs 40 MSPS going to make a difference 90+% of ham related applications? I did notice the HamShield is aiming for 250 milliwatt output power. What's the output power of the BladeRF?
