Answering my own question here, but I've just talked to a very helpful Logitech lady who got me to do a factory reset and stayed on the line while I reset my access point and entered all the details into the radio again. The result is that I'm now up and running on channel 13.
I don't know how my radio came to be "stuck" in a channel 1-11 mode, but it's fine now.
