For all those first time SB users having issues with MySB.com (seems to be EU related at the moment), I can only suggest you wait a couple days before returning your players. This is a very rare occurrence in my 2.5 years experience with SB players, this is not the norm. MySB is usually up and running fine. Wait a few days, then try again. It's worth the temporary wait, it really is! :)
