Apologies if I'm asking dumb questions, but I'm not fully in the picture. Can you confirm that your situation is as follows? 1. You have installed SSOTS 4.1+ and SBS 7.4+ on your QNAP. 2. When running SBS on your QNAP, your SB2 works normally. 3. When running SBS on your QNAP, you can control your Radio from the web interface, but not from the radio itself. 4. When running SBS on your PC under Windows 7, your Radio works normally.
