Hi Jean, I think this is caused by the imminent release of SBS 7.5.0. The Touch is released today (we believe) and so SBS is being upgraded to 7.5.0. I would guess MySqueezebox.com is still on 7.4.1. The radio is getting confused about which version to use. Hopefully it will be resolved today when MSB.com switches to 7.5.0 and your radio will upgrade to the 7.5.0 firmware. You will have to install the applets again when this happens but once you do then you shouldn't have to install them again as 7.5.0 does this automatically now,
