I finally got through to Logitech CS and they are aware of the issue
with Port 9000 - it's definitely on their end - they currently have
engineers working the problem.  They also took my email address so that
I can be alerted when the issue has been resolved.  So, everyone
(including me), can go outside instead of hanging around the computer
and trying to fix this problem myself!
