If you mean a wiki or document based list of any/all stations available to a SB player, no. That would be impossible as there are many thousands of stations and these do change over time so updating such a list would be a nightmare. For a web based UI "listing" just to get a general feel for what is out there I'd suggest spending some time on RadioTime.com (who provides the stations within the SB Internet Radio menu's). Also I'd highly recommend ShoutCast.com or use ShoutCast via WinAmp. Another popular one is Live365.com (I don't use this as I prefer ShoutCast).
