At this time it is highly recommended that you use an SBS Server and wake up to a local song on the server if you absolutely have to be up. To many things can go wrong trying to use an Internet Stream as an alarm. The Internet could be down, the stream could be active but without audio, your modem could be down, the radio station stream could be down, and on and on, way to many variables to be reliable. I would set a local backup alarm either before of after. If you set it before you can wake up then tune in the Dutch Station. If you set it after, if the Dutch Station doesn't wake you up the backup alarm will sound and wake you up. Falling back in firmware version is not going to make these outside issues go away. Besides when the Squeezebox connects to MySB.com again, it is going to keep asking you to upgrade. -- iPhone *iPhone* Media Room: Transporter, VTL TL-6.5 Signature Pre-Amp, Ayre MX-R Mono's, VeraStarr 6.4SE 6-channel Amp, Vandersteen Speakers: Quatro Mains, VCC-5 Reference Center, four VSM-1 Signatures, Video: Runco RS 900 CineWide AutoScope 2.35:1 Living Room: Duet, ADCOM GTP-870HD, Cinepro 3K6SE III Gold, Vandersteen Model 3A Signature, Two 2Wq subs, VCC-2, Two VSM-1 Kitchen: Squeezebox BOOM Bedroom: Second Boom Bathroom: Squeezebox Radio Ford Thunderbird: Duet, Mac Mini Ford Expedition: SB Touch, USB drive ------------------------------------------------------------------------ iPhone's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13622 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80879 _______________________________________________ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
